How the Bail Process Works
Step 1- Bail is Set by the Court
After an arrest, the court will determine and set a bail amount. The amount of bail set will vary based on the charges and other contributing factors, as to insure the defendant’s appearance at scheduled court date(s) after his or her release from jail.
Step 2. Contact Go Home Bail Bonds
After the bail amount is set, first contact Go Home for free initial bail information. Just provide us the defendant’s name and the name of the jail or city where they are located, and we will start working to release you or your loved ones immediately.
Step 3. Processing & Completing Release
As a team, we will work with you or your loved one, and the jail to secure release by issuing a bond in the full amount of the bail set by the court. Collateral or a co-signer may be required
